This time is reserved mainly for Fitness Boxing, but we do offer the odd Bootcamp class at this time based on request. Fitness Boxing – Get comfortable with being uncomfortable! Jab – Cross – Jab – Uppercut – Hook – Knee – Kick! We combine HIIT style training with shadowboxing and partner work. Training the upper body, lower body and core with a mix of cardio this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Equipment used: focus pads, boxing gloves, light weights. You can bring your own gloves/pads or use what is available. These classes are held at 34 Sanders Court – Side Door. This class typically has a waitlist list, so be sure to reserve your place. Additional classes will be added based on demand. Classes are taught by a certified personal trainer. Max 8 people to a class. Tuesdays - 1 pm Tuesdays - 6 pm Thursday – 7 pm Interested in more? Different class styles and times can be added during the week, depending on interest and availability. Minimum of 3 is required to run a class. Come out and try it ….your first class is always $5!! Drop in rates are $15/class or $120 for a 10pack. Monthly unlimited $85 Classes run approximately 44-50 minutes.
