Start your day off right! Burn some energy and focus on your goals as you build strength and re-shape your body. Visualize Botocamp mixed with Circuit Training providing a focus on body conditioning with burst of cardio...a form of HIIT style which is optimum for Fat Loss. We incorporate a variety of equipment (weights, medicine balls, TRX, stability balls, kettle bells and bands) to work on strength building and muscular endurance while alternating cardio throughout the routine. Lots of fun in the small group setting! Novice through to advance will benefit from these sessions. We also offer the following per request.... * Fitness Boxing Class * Intense Core/Cardio Blast Class * Fitness Games Class Interested in more? Different class styles and times can be added during the week, depending on interest and availability. Minimum of 3 is required to run a class. Come out and try it ….your first class is always $5!! Drop in rates are $15/class or $120 for a 10pack. Monthly unlimited is $85 Classes run approximately 44-50 minutes.
