Not your typical Bootcamp! Visualize Bootcamp mixed with Circuit Training providing a focus on body conditioning with burst of cardio...a form of HIIT style which is optimum for Fat Loss.
We incorporate a variety of equipment (weights, medicine balls, stability balls, kettle bells andso bands) to work on strength building and muscular endurance while alternating cardio throughout the routine. Lots of fun in the small group setting! Novice through to advance will benefit from these sessions.
These classes are sometimes held outside, on perfect days :)
Classes are currently being held:
Mornings: Monday through Friday at 6 am
Days: Friday’s at 10 am; Wednesday’s 10:30 am
Monday’s and Tuesday’s at 1 pm
Wednesday’s 3:15 pm; Friday’s 4:30pm
Evenings: Monday’s through to Thursdays 6 pm & 7 pm;
* Fitness Boxing Class
We also offer an “Intense Core/Cardio Blast” Class – per request.

Different class styles and times can be added during the week, depending on interest and availability. Minimum of 3 is required to run a class.

Drop in rates are $15/class or $120 for a 10pack. Monthly unlimited $85
Classes run approximately 44-50 minutes.
