Have goals? Things on your Bucket list?  This is a perfect opportunity to get out of routine and get creative while making the first step of brining your goals and dreams to life. Fresh Approach Fitness will guide you through the process of creating a board based on your goals and dreams.  This session is for members only.  Please bring scissors, magazines (every kind) and a large Bristol board.
