WELCOME - NEW TRAINERS = NEW CLASSES
We at Fresh Approach Fitness understand just how hectic and busy our life’s can get!
If you are short on time or tend to get bored during workouts, circuit training & HIIT style fitness classes may be the exercise routine for you! We have recently added more classes at new times to offer you more of a variety.
New team members mean more options for you :)
Classes are not exclusive to just these trainers as leaders. You might see them covering or helping out with a different class. If so, please be sure to give them a BIG warm welcome.
- Brenda – leading “HIIT Me!! Obstacle Course” - Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 6 AM
- Jill - leading “Circuit Strong” – Monday’s & Wednesday’s at 4:30 PM
- Libbie –leading “Bootcamp” classes most – Tuesday’s at 5:15 PM
- Sonya & Brenda – alternating leading “Mystery” classes - Saturdays at 8:30 AM
