Small Group Fitness Classes in London
To help you on your journey towards better health and living your BEST life, Fresh Approach Fitness is bringing Small Group Fitness Classes to London. Beginning with 2 or 3 classes a week, a quick 45 minute full body workout is all you need to get your heart pumping and muscle building with our classes. Suitable for all ages & stages, --> reach out with any inquiries you have :)
The new location is near Southdale & Notre Dame.
Weight Loss Challenge
We are starting our last Weight Loss Challenge of 2019, just in time for the holiday season. This time I am bringing it into the workplace. Would you be interested in seeing if any of your family friends or foes (hahah) would be interested in participating? Here are the basic details....
The cost is $20 per person. Everyone will be placed on a team; there will be two teams. The results will be team based. The winning team will get their money back PLUS a 40 minute Sacred Bliss Massage, and bragging rights :)
There will be 2 NEW team captains. The captain of the winning team gets double their money back.The ultimate loser will receive a $50 gift certificate for any of the services offered by Fresh Approach Fitness, PLUS $50 in product :)
We will start on Nov 1st and run until Dec 15th. Share with your friends!! Weigh in and measurements will be done before the start date. This is open to everyone, including virtual clients. Who is in???? Chime in below....
FAQ ... classes, personal training and nutrition coaching are available but are not included with the $20 competition fee. .....your weight can be a secret and only I will know the number ....results are based on over all body % loss which includes weight and measurements....Weight in day begin the last week of October. November 1st is the official start date.
