Sugar hurts!
It hurts my stomach, and hurts my teeth, and it hurts my brain cells. Think twice before you jump into that next sugar craving. It's likely not sugar that you were actually craving. Most cravings are result of something your body is missing in terms of vitamins and nutrients. The simple solution… redirect your focus with water, or tea and recharge your body with an activity.
