Healthy eating + active living = success
Find activities and a fitness regime that you love ((ahem...Bootcamp! Boxing! Running, Walking, Fitness Classes or whatever it is for you)) The key is to mix it up and keep it creative to avoid becoming bored.
Choose foods that nourish your body, and that you enjoy. Not a temporary fix, this is a lifestyle not a diet. Eat a balance of healthy fats, protein and non-starchy veggies at every meal.
Stick with foods and a routine you can keep forever, to see the results you are working so hard towards.
